Established in 2020, Robe Backstage is a non-profit, tax-exempt 501(c)3 organization created to be a support system for lighting professionals facing financial challenges associated with serious injury, illness, or loss of employment due to unforeseen or mandated production shutdowns.

Wholly owned and operated by Robe Lighting, Inc. in Davie, Florida, Robe Backstage accepts financial donations through our website, along with industry sponsorships to assist with the promotion of the foundation and its activities.

Available for any professional lighting designer or technician who lives within the United States, Canada, or US Provinces, assistance applications may be found online and submitted directly to Robe Backstage for review. Each application will be reviewed by the Robe Backstage administrative team, and no decisions of support will be based upon race, religion or sexual orientation.
